Dylan Verge has been a musician for well over 15 years. His passion and dedication for music began with a DVD viewing of The Beatles performing at the Ed Sullivan show for the first time in 1964. Infatuated by the sheer power and energy of a band performing live together with the connection and joy it brought to others, there was nothing else that he wanted to do.
He taught himself drums. simply by watching his heroes, and performing with his father at a very young age. He not only learned how to play, but how to carry himself among other professionals.
With years of experience under his belt, he was then accepted to the Boston Arts Academy in high school. In just two years, he was introduced and fell in love with the study of jazz, RnB, Latin Jazz, and studied music theory and chart reading.
With these skill, he was awarded the J. Curtis Warner Full Tuition Scholarship to Berklee College of Music, where he majored in "Contemporary Writing and Production".
In his time at Berklee, he wrote, arranged, and produced from advertisements to orchestral collectives. He quickly taught himself bass, guitar, piano, and mandolin from the music theory he was studying, to accompany himself on his projects.
Dylan now is based in Nashville, TN, as a touring musician, and multi instrumentalist.
